Rubirosa Vodka Sauce is the signature sauce at Rubirosa, featured on the Vodka Pizza and Tie-Dye Swirl Pizza. Similar to the Marinara Sauce, it features the kitchen’s signature blend of plum and pear tomatoes with a touch of cream and spices to make it uniquely Rubirosa.
